Create new profile to improve performance

Hi, lately my pc keeps hanging, freeze or slowing down for no particular reasons.
So i thought will creating a new login profile improve its overall speed & performance??

Creating a new profile doesn't mean that you will get some performance boosts. It will rather create a new hectic to your computer. Please provide some more details about your problem such when you started experiencing those issues.
