Adobe Flashplayer cannot be installed

Downloading of Adobe Flashplayer ActiveX was ok. But installing it was impossible. I got blocked messege (error message at all correctly read?), It must naturally permit, so spontaneously do not occur to me" the path is not correct, otherwise simply down that left to click". I have Windows vista as my OS.

set the explorer security settings to default all 4 of them then go to adobe.com and download it also turn off your popup blocker and then installed

•Right-click C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9d.exe The letter changes with each Flash version, so may be "FlashUtilb.exe" or "FlashUtile.exe"
•Select "Run as Administrator"
•Follow the steps to complete the Flash Player installation
•Restart your computer
