Unable to mute

Hello Everyone,

I had installed Windows Xp on my system. I'm having a problem in my Windows Media player. I can't un-check the mute box. Even i tried to do a system restore, but could succeed in it. Can any one help me out to resolve this issue? Any help on it would be appreciated.

Check out whether your drivers are working properly. Check out whether there is no lose connection between your speaker and the system. Also check ourt whether your sound drive is working perfectly.

IMHO, this would indeed be a case involving proper technique. If one is unable to mute strings to their liking whilst playing fast, then one should slow down until the proper technique is achieved.
