Sound problem with webpage

hi,
i have problem,when i open any webpage with sounds it takes too much time to open,but after loading the page sound on that page is not too clear sometimes i can not hear,I can hear all broadcast of radio or tv.and i am sure it is not related with my browser,Anything on my local PC work fine, including games, music, movies. Anything via the web is silent. Any ideas why?

Open internet explorer click on tools and then options. Open advanced and look at the mutimedia settings. These should not change by them selfs, I would scan the computer for malware or look at what you recently installed.

If possible, plug a different output device into the computer. For example, if you have been using speakers, try a different pair of speakers or a set of headphones to make sure that the problem is not related to the device itself.

Determine whether you can hear sound. If you can hear sound, there is a problem with the original output device and the issue is resolved. If you cannot hear sound, plug the original output device back into the computer.

Have you checked to see if it's set to play sounds in internet options?start > control panel > internet options > advanced "Play sounds in webpages"
