Cannot receive messages in MSN

Hello,

I have a problem with MSN for some time, indeed when I discuss with people it arrives that I do not receive their messages. That is rather awkward.
Moreover requests of webcam does not function. I can see the webcam of my correspondent but they cannot see mine. They see a white screen with writing loading. It happens that, when anyone makes me a request for the webcam, I do not receive the message of requesting to accept the starting of the webcam. I tested whether it is blocked by my Antivirus (NOD32) and my Firewall (PC Tools Firewall Plus) but it isnt. Please help me, Thank you for your assistance.

As a test, could you try using Windows Messenger instead (click Start, then Run, enter "msmsgs" and click OK).

That is a new bug and is known about too, there is no solution. It will more than likely be fixed in a patch, time can only tell... but you are not alone! I wonder if there will be any patch available.

This is so ridiculously annoying. I've found that uninstalling and reinsatlling msn live will avoid the problem for an hour or so of chat before it returns. But have already reinstalled it four times. Please fix this asap!!!
