Hi guys!
I have a problem that is frustrating me! :angry: Whenever i Play Counter Strike Source for about an hour or so, My display freezes leaving dreaded patches of different colour. But when i surf the net for hours nothing happens. At first i thought my memory would be giving me errors but i tried mem86+ but returned no errors and even tried a new memory [borrowed from a friend] Damn! I see no way out...!

It seems the issue is with your graphics card! Does it heat up more then normal? 65º to 70º is tolerable... Check if the card heats up more then this range. If it does, make sure you have a good ventilation for your system. You can also install custom cooler fans from cooler master and other brand.

Ok i guess this would help :
- Lower the display resolution of the game.
- Once done try to play it for a longer period.
- If its sorted keep your resoution low and enjoy!
- If it is not, then you need to replace the graphics card.

I tried to lower the resolution from 1280x1024x32 to 1024x768x32.
Now i played CS-S for nearly 3 hours not normal... and it didn't freeze. Everything is working perfectly. I owe this to you...
