Hi Friends,
I noticed that Whenever I opens the Multiple programs in Background my system Mouse starts blinking continuously, when there are only 2 or 3 programs running then computer mouse remains still and does not blink.
I have windows XP OS installed on my computer system.What may be the problem.
Please help!!
Turned out to be some Logitech Mouseware drivers. Uninstalled them and used the default Windows setup and the blinking has stopped. Not even sure if the end user has a Logitech mouse or why those drivers were loaded. I'll figure that one out on delivery. My research shows that a LOT of people have this blinking mouse cursor problem and never found an answer. Maybe this will help.
Try going into device manager and uninstalling the mouse. Then re-install it. If it is still happening, try replacing it. If it still happens, try a different kind of mouse, (If you have PS2, switch to USB) and see if it is still happening.
