Vista thumbnails for FLV files

Hi,
how can i enable vista to generate show thumbnail of FLV files ? anyway? If someone know the way to FLV file to display thumbnail please help me.

Download the K-Lite Codec Pack. When installing, it will give you the option of thumbnailing FLV's as well as other types of media.

while installing klite mega codec pack there is an option if you scroll down to enable thumbnails for a whole slew of formats...
