Warning Message : Error Code 1

Hi friends,

I am facing an issue with my PC.I have recently formatted my PC and i want to add my Printer.Whenever i am trying to install it I am getting an error message as

• This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

Can anyone Fix this issue for me.

I am using Windows XP SP2 and i am trying to install my HP 1020 laser jet Printer.
