Hi friends,
I am facing an issue with my PC.I have recently Install Windows Vista as my Operating System.Whenever i try to open desktop gadgets.it's not getting opened up.
Can anyone tell me what's the issue with my PC.
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 Ghz
G31 Asrock Motherboard with Intel chipset
2gb RAM
256 Nvidia Graphic Card
200gb HDD
Sure i will help you out with this issue it might happened that some of the desktop files would have being corrupted try to re-install the software.
Thanks for your reply i try to do the above mentioned things but it's not working any other solution to fix this issue.

I was also facing such kind of issue few days ago i try to follow the below steps an it worked out for me.Hope it will work for you too.
- Click on Start.
- Type regedit in Run Option.
- Now registry window would get open and navigate to the following location
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Sidebar\Settings
- Now right-click in the right pane and select on New and slect DWORD, name it as AllowElevatedProcess and Modify its value to 1
- Goto Start - - > Settings - - > Control Panel - -> All Control Panel Items > Desktop Gadgets and update as required.
