PNG transparency problem in Vista
Hi,
I tried to change the colors of the buttons but something went wrong , i edited PNG images with photoshob cs2 but i think something went wrong , some parts seem to have lost the transparency, like quick launch buttons and drop-down boxes. What to do now?
Re: PNG transparency problem in Vista
Download an image alpha converter and do the following:
- Save your transparent image as .png
- Convert .png to .bmp image with alpha converter
- Delete .png image
- Open .bmp image in photoshop
- Fill all transparent bits black and save
- Convert .bmp to .png image
- Delete .bmp image
- Import png into msstyles file
Good luck

Transparent Vista Icon Pack
Transparent Vista icon Pack is a collection of replacements for the default icons of some Windows applications.
This pack contains 9 png icon files with transparency in all the right places For example, in the Windows Movie Maker icon, only the glass around it is transparent, not the film.
