Windows Contacts with functionality of Outlook 2007

I like the layout of Vista's "Windows Contacts" but need the functionality of Outlook's Contacts. Anyone know how I can keep the two synced?

Else, You might want to try exporting Windows contacts to outlook ones...

There are outlook gadgets but they keep outlook open. I think they slow it down too and the mini inbox calls the security dialog.
