Password input does not show in ubuntu

Hi everyone!
I am new to linux and i did something weird but i don't remember what i did. Now when I type the password in the login screen, the black circles no longer show, it appears blank... How do I get them back?
Please help guys!

Try this out :

• Go to the following menu
• System menu > Administration > Login Window
• now check the "Show Visual Feedback something written"
• Should get it working...!

Hey man! i got it working... Thanks a lot...
But when i restart the computer it again vanishes...
Everytime i have to configure the settings...
Any more help??

Try to login as root then configure the changes...
Root gives full administrator rights. Try this and post back...
