if he made a clone of data drive, it's normal. Your hard disk is in backup, so no need to reinstall after formatting.If you take everest, you should see your 3rd hard drive (in the storage tab, physical disk).

ok, go to Start, right click a computer and click manage Normally this is the 3rd option from the top. Then goes into storage and hit the organization hard disks. Can you see all your disks?
