Windows Update and Automatic Updates as they give me high-priority update KB899589 this. I just do not manage to install it. I tried to install it manually from Microsoft's website and tells me that the operating system is too recent and there is no need to install it. I'll be back on Windows Update but I am still important update failed. Someone can give me a hand, before they go out crazy ? Thanks

I think this is a bug. Many sp3 users are facing this problem.
Here's the fix for it :
Firsty, Stop the Automatic Updates service by
Go to Start - Run - type services.msc - Press [OK]
Double-click Automatic Updates - then Click on Stop
Then Delete the contents of the Download folder by
Go to Start - Run - type %windir%\SoftwareDistribution - Press [OK]
Open the Download folder and delete its contents
Close the window.
Then Go to Windows Update website - Select CUSTOM and allow the scan to complete - Uncheck/deselect KB899589 and hide it ("Don't show me this update again").
Lastly, Start the Automatic Updates service:
Go to Start - Run - type - services.msc - Press [OK]
Double-click Automatic Updates - Click on Start
(This will start your service after some moment)
Hello. I too have the same problem with this update. I can not download it but I think it is a problem of Microsoft (it will be buggy?) Or perhaps not intended for us ..
