Hello, I have A Gateway Laptop Now please Without Having To lose all the data How Can i Remove the Virus Infection ? , actually this is My Freinds Computer and recently He was working on the Some college project and He says the virus might have Got downloaded from the internet adn he was looking for some information and now he has given laptop to me to fix as he do not has the time to fix and also we cannot afford to lose the data please tell me how to fix thanks in advance for suggestion
