Outlook 2007 Password won't save
Hey Friends
I have installed Outlook 2007 on my system. It seems to be working fine from last one year. Now the problem is that i'm unable to get the password option to save. I really like to work on Outlook 2007, but i get frustrated by typing my password again and again. How i do get back my password option dialog box on my pc? Can any one help me out to resolve this issue?
Thank you.
Re: Outlook 2007 Password won't save
This issue occurs for one or more of the following reasons:
- You have a corrupted Outlook profile or a corrupted Outlook Express identity.
- There are conflicts with add-ons or with antivirus software.
- The registry contains incorrect information for the Protected Storage System Provider subkey for the user account in Windows XP, in Windows 2000, and in Outlook 2003 or earlier versions of Outlook.

Go to Control Panel, click Classic View on the left, double-click User Accounts, and then on the left select Manage Network Passwords, delete any associated with Outlook, and then try and open Outlook again, may get prompted once more.:thumbup1:
Re: Outlook 2007 Password won't save
Here are the steps you'll need to take:
1. Select Tools -> E-mail Accounts menu option. (depending on your version of Outlook this option might be found under Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup tab -> E-mail Accounts button)
2) The "View or change existing e-mail accounts" item should be already selected. Click "Next".
3) Select the account you want to modify and click "Change".
4) In the next screen, click "Remember password" in the "Logon Information" section in the lower left corner.
5) Then click "Next" or "OK" as necessary to confirm.
