Pc still slow after removing spyware

Hey Friends

My computer work very slow, even after i removed the spyware from my system. After scanning my pc with Avast and spybot, it had detected something, so for the safety purpose i just removed the spyware from my system. After removing the spyware from my system, still my pc works very slow. Can any one tell me that how do i speed up my computer? Any information on this would be appreciated.

You can disable all of the items in StartUp except Avast items.

CTFmon.exe is disable via Control Panel--> Regional and Language--> Language(tab)--> Details(button)--> Language(tab) Place a checkmark/tick in the item "turn off advanced text services". Then Reboot your machine.
