How do you install Windows Vista themes?

Hi,
Just wanted to know how you guys install themes in windows vista? through downloaded exe file or by using customization themes ?
please give me some suggestions ?

I think you should not download any exe files there not trustful, use some utility programs like windows blind, tune up , style xp etx

If you use the free UxTheme Patcher for Vista Sp1 you won't need Style XP. I've just put it on my pc and it works fine.
