error 0x80070570

someone can help me?
as on italian forums i can't find an answer, i'm tring it on english forum.
i have a HP netbook 2133 with vista basic, when i launch file's backup, after 1-2 minutes i see an error message 0x80070570 file is corrupted or unreadable :no: . configuration window of backup and restore is not complete and i can't change configuration (automatic/manual) :no: .
someone has a solution
