PC must be in dual-channel may have nothing to do with unchanged or ganged to create it?.

Read the manual of your motherboard. However, in what slots you have two slices. Stop them and you have 100% sure dual-channel. What is uncertain is whether it is ganged or unganged, but dual-channel you sure.
PS. How do you now that they do not run in dual-channel? Software tool? And how can you be sure that this tool works well. Try your memory bandwidth benchmark again and that around 15GB / s that is just fine. Is around 8GB / s it is just not good.
