IE6 homepage warnings and color alterations

Hello whenever I open my IE6 to my Homepage I am having a strange message display.i am using vista with win7 dual boot.

"This page is accessing info that is not under its control.This poses a security risk. Do you want to continue.. yes or no?"

my homepage starts to change different colors and totally alters after that. When I first open IE it's classic blue then the popup comes up on the right hand side of the page and the page itself alters again.

please can any one tell me what is wrong and how can i fix it?

In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advance tab.
Under Security tab
Customized button
disable prompt for security.

Set security level to "medium".

check for virus , malware detection.this may be due to virus.Try a free online AV scan - note this will detect but NOT remove any problem.

Download OldTimer's OTViewIt install, start the scan.

When the display opens place a check next to:
Scan All Users generate log

or
use hijackthis to generate log file and lookout for suspicious process or send here.
