Cannot Sync Mail, Server Error: 0x8000FFFF ( Windows Live Messenger )

I am having problem with new Windows Live Mail.
The problem is that new version can get from hotmail the list of messages (headers info), but cannot get bodies. In errors window it appears something like this:
Windows Live Mail could not download the requested message. There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web. Server Error: 0x8000FFFF, Error Number: 0x8000FFFF for each message in list.
Actually, I can fully use hotmail from the web, without any problem.
Now the question.

Is that a bug? Do any one has the solution for this ???

Possible Solution :-
- Download the latest WLM version availible on Get.Live.com
- Update Windows XP or Vista through Windows Update
- Go to "C:\Program Files\Windows Live" and remove "Messenger" folder (note: replace "C" with your root drive letter)
- Go to "C:ProgramData" (note: replace "C" with your root drive letter) and delete both Windows Live Installer and WLInstaller if you have any
- Restart PC
- Run the installer

I have almost exactly the same error:

Unable to send new messages on HTTP server. There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web. Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx', Protocol: HTTPMail, Port: 80, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x80072EFF, Error Number: 0x80072EFF
