Removing Ubuntu from dual boot
hello I have currently dual-booting Ubuntu. and XP Prof .where XP Prof is on c drive and Ubuntu on another drive.now i dont want to use linux so i am willing to uninstalled it but not sure about hoe to do it.so here can any body tell me the best way to remove Ubuntu and re-format the drive so i can use it for storage. thank you

i am not sure but i think using bootable xp cd you can format linux drive directly and use it for storage.

use an XP install disk boot to boot pc and enter Repair Console, their Type FIXMBR. Boot Into Window and use Explorer to Format the second drive. Open My Computer, right click on the second drive and chose format.

yes you can do that to fix it up with fixmbr ,only in windows rescue mode.check here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315224
