How can I clean the PS3 lens

Hello everyone,

I ask myself: how to clean the lens of the PS3?

I always cleaned the laser lens of my consoles and CD players with a CD cleaning for that. Result, I kept the PS2 6 years without any problems despite heavy use (games and DVD). In short, I heard that manufacturers recommendations is to clean the lens regularly with a proper CD. and is it really needed?
On the PS3, with a new technology and a new lens, could we use a CD cleaning conventionally or are there specific CD for the BLU-RAY?
