Geforce GTX 260 OC too slow
hi,
i have Geforce GTX 260 OC (MSI T2D896) in my PC and i tested it with 3D Mark 06, the result was that I got only 10900 points.but with my old 8800 GTS 640 MB, I had 9800 points. Then I have the GPU-Z is started and found the data according to the Grakka with standard clock is running. I am only one PCI-E slot with 16 Lamb, and no PCI - E 2 slot? It's all I get is a PCI E connector 6, and with a 2x3 adapter on PCI E connector 6 pin to be connected. Have they brought in a strand?
Can anyone help!!!
Re: Geforce GTX 260 OC too slow
The Geforce GTX 260 is with 896 MByte GDDR3 memory (448 bits), and supports DirectX 10th Standard clocks are: 576 MHz GPU, 1242 MHz shader and 1998 MHz memory, the test card is MSI with the overclocking to 620, 1296 and 2160 MHz high. With version 8.7, I had 3DMark06 for example, when a huge profit points can be reported (HD4870: 1100 plus points with the same configuration / without OC).
