How to create template in outlook 2003
HI friends,
Every time you would be typing the same email and sending it to many people with outlook message Because you send this message to every one, it's a good idea if you have an Outlook template.
Before creating sure you are not using Word as your e-mail editor, follow these steps:
- In Outlook, Click on Tools menu, select Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
- Clear the check box next to Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages.
- Click Apply, and then click OK.

For creating template in Outlook Follow this steps:-
- In Outlook Click on File menu, Select New, and then click Mail Message.
- Complete the Subject portion of the message and type any desired text in the body of the message.If you will be sending the email to the same individuals on a regular basis, you might also want to complete the “To” portion of the email.But Normally keep it blank.
- After that click on the File menu, click Save As.
- Select Outlook Template in the Save as type list and then click Save.
- Close the message that you used to create your template. If you are prompted to save the message, click No.
Using your template that you have created:-
- From the Outlook Inbox menu, select Tools, Forms.
- Click on Choose Form.
- From the Look In drop down box, after that click on User Templates in File System.
- Select the template, and click Open.
- Add or revise text in the email as needed.
- Send the email.
