yellow shield with exclamation mark

I just want to know if anyone can tell me what the yellow shield with the exclamation in the middle is? Its on my tool tray by the time....It has popped up a few times and said "virtual minimum memory too low"....what does that mean....thanks:no:

this is the Windows install shield...it actually works to prevent you from downloading bad things! If you click it, it will give you a list of the things it wants to install...in most cases, it is a Windows security update though I've also seen it pop up for other programs,I have installed from the Internet.

im not sure how the forums work or if im typing in the right place but hopefully you see this..

in the virtual memory space it says....total page filing size for all drives is 250 MB is this what it should be? Thanks..
