vista premium to business

I have a Acer with Vista Home Premium installed. I also have a complete install of vista Business. Can I upgrade to business without doing a complete reinstall of vista? Thanks

What do you mean by this? Do you have the Installation Disk? If yes then I don't think you can directly upgrade from Vista Premium to Vista business!

According to me both Vista are different & you need to install the Business version from scratch & you need to remove the Vista premium first for this.
