Problem Samsung external hard drive

I have a problem detecting my Samsung external hard drive . I've sent in a company that specializes in retrieving data, they diagnose this:

FAILURE DETECTED: disruption of the structure of the partitioning of corruption indexing table and / or corruption of formatting.

is there not a software or a manip that could allow me to repair the defect clusters in order to recover my data.

You can try a recovery with PhotoRec, the interface is grim-but the efficiency is relatively appointment.

Hoping that your external hard disk is still detectable by this software (which can not perform miracles: if the DD is no longer mechanically functional ...).
