Hello I recently bought a Blu-ray player from china,so it was sold without cd or box or anything, just the player. However it is recognized by my BIOS, but not my job, and in device manager there is a question mark. Could you help me please ?

china is the common name in Original equipment manufacturer(OEM) as everywhere. can you give me more detail about your pc and the operating system.
Configuration:
- Windows XP: sp3
- Graphics Card: 9800 gtx
- Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, 3.00GHz
- full hd Display: 21.5 inch Full HD
- Motherboard: Motherboard msi p45 model or just below, but I know it is one of the two.
It seems to me that you have a problem with the BluRay and Windows XP, including system support file BluRay. However You read more about the yellow question mark ?(if you double-click it).
