Error "RMN40" while playing GTAIV

Hi friends,

I have recently install Windows XP SP2 on my Pc and whenever i am trying to start my GTAIV i am getting an some kind of error message as Error "RMN40" can anyone help me out with this issue. I don't know whats the issue with my PC.

I have recently install Windows Vista and still getting the same error message any solution for this.

I was also facing the same issue did you install microsoft .net framework 3.5 on your PC and also make sure you have Windows Vista SP1.I done teh following this and it worked for me.

Make sure that your firewall in Windows Vista isn't blocking it.
