About Dial up connection it's easy to setup, no setup fee but in case of DSL Connection Self installation is usually free. A setup fee is needed if installed by a technician.

There's a big difference between DSL and dial-up connection. It took me 1 hour to install yahoo messenger using a dial-up connection while in the office it only took me 6 minutes to complete the installation.
