WSUS 3 SP1 KB955706 (SQL 2005 SP3) Installation Failure

We have Windows 2003 Stand Alone server with 4 SQL 2005 Express Edition Databases and one Windows Internal Database (WSUS 3). Automatic update install KB955706 without any issue on 4 SQL 2005 Express Edition Databases but it wont on Windows Internal Database. I have tried installing the update manually but no luck, i see "Failed" update message in WSUS console of WSUS server. Am i missing out anything or there is something wrong going on with WSUS 3 database in my case??

I have come across some people who had faced similar issue and they have mentioned that uninstalling and reinstalling Windows Internal Database, reapplying Service Pack 3 package and then making a clean installation of WSUS3.0SP1 had helped them out. I will suggest you to try out the same and see if that's helping you as well. If you face any issue further than feel free to ask.
