Reliance GSM review

Reliance launched GSM service in january. while promotion they sell http://forums.techarena.in/india-broadband/1098655.htm with attractive http://forums.techarena.in/india-broadband/1099343.htm and scheme like customer will get daily (90 days) Rs.10 local talktime. and Reliance GSM to Reliance mobile (GSM/CDMA) free after 11.00 pm to 6.00 am (90 days). This scheme attract most customer. No one operator offer this scheme.

While purchasing reliance GSM Sim you don't have choice to chose your number. To get reliance SIM First you have to submit your documents and Rs. 25 of SIM after 2 or 3 days you will get SIM first you have to recharge with Rs. 20 (Now Rs. 50) then within 2 / 3 days. after 48 hrs you will start getting talktime of Rs. 10 daily that talk time you have to use within 24 hrs otherwise you will lose that talktime.

Reliance GSM Network is not good. When you try to call some one for that you have try 3 times then your call will be connected. GPRS is also not available till last week now they start GPRS service but for http://forums.techarena.in/india-broadband/1099453.htm you have set manually because you will never get settings from settings after sending Settings request. GPRS speed also not good.

If someone who want to purchase third sim then go for Reliance GSM sim. for college student Reliance GSM is Good option but what about Network ? So for college student If u want to go for second SIM then Reliance GSM is nice option.

About customer care Never try to call there your phone battery will down but your call will not connect.

Conclusion

Think 10 times before purchasing reliance product.

Reliance offer Reliance GSM to reliance GSM and CDMA mobile pone free (11.00 pm to 6.0 am) but if you are using Reliance CDMA mobile (activating night call free scheme) and call Reliance GSM mobile you will charge for that i don't know what reliance doing ? In Night calling scheme (CDMA) they not include GSM mobile.

About reliance they just not launched GSM but they are still testing network It will take around 2 to 3 months to launched all services and good network.
