HP Deskjet 690C
Hi,
I finally have an HP Deskjet 690C. But somehow it does not work correctly. It now has a new color cartridge. If I for example on a Web page or e-mail program, highlight any text, it prints the. However, the font is not black, but purple. From Word to print out it did not, although it runs the paper through the print head and rushes back and forth, but the paper remains white flowers. I have updated drivers already. What can it can be?

Re: HP Deskjet 690C
Yeah, it needs the SW cartridge.
Although you could try it with color, a true black is not, however.
The documents could be as black and white print set, need to look in your settings.
For instance ... prints as well a color is not correct. Print a test page times out, then you see what it is. Maybe you can clean the jet with resolve.
Control Panel -> Printers & Faxes -> HP printer -> Properties -> Services

Re: HP Deskjet 690C
One possibility that you could control time
In Word -> print document (File-> Print, not pushers icon), then click Properties-> Paper & quality, and then check that as color or black and white set. Quality setting would be "normal". This will allow you to print for this one print to the default settings.
Set the time on default. He should then, in any case slower print.
Under Control Panel -> Printers & Faxes -> HP printer -> Properties-> General-> print settings should also have the same set
