ATI Radeon HD 4850 problem

Hi,
I am having a problem with my card when booting windows XP , system sometimes crushes just before entering Windows saying of a critical error, contact driver distributor or change video card, I tried to reinstall several different Ati drivers and Windows but it still happens. I have my card connected via hdmi. If anybody can help me please let me know.

Have you tried hooking it up via the DVI?

You facing the problem for which responsible is ATI drivers. Report the issue to the app developer as well as via the Catalyst Crew feedback form.
