some time its depend on what you have installed for your windows installation like via VMware Fusion 2 or else, because in this case OS X that manages the Wifi, so you dont have to make any adjustment under windows.
I think you have not done installation of driver.If you have installed windows via bootcamp, then under Windows, you must enter the cd install Leopard and drivers will be automatically installed.
