hi i am using outlook XP which is working fine but problem is my windows outlook is not saving the sent mail items, i try to find out the problem I have enable required setting in Options/Advanced Options to 'Save Sent Mail'.but nothing works please any one can tell me what is wrong?

- Check all setting again
- Check the view on the folder
- Check the option as to where location of the sent item is saved.
- ONE instance of Outlook installed in an instance of Windows.
- try Create new the mail profile
-check for new software which cause conflict in outlook
i dont know exact problem but its due to some file of outlook got corrupt or delete or any wrong modification so try to run it in safe mode set all configuration at their again. restart and try.
take back up of your messages from the sent box .Then delete or change location for send folder. restart pc open outlook again and provide new send box profile.after this if you want collect all your pat messages.
