I try to uninstall adobe reader7.0.8 and the addition I receive an error: can not open this patch package, check with the publisher, blablabla. I got the other in the list of programs a 5.o acrobat reader, which does not, but that does not appear as add / remove. does anyone could help me ? thank you in advance!
but when a program does not want to uninstall, I reinstalled the first and then I remove it with Add / remove program. You can try, it does nothing. try it in safe mode.

Hi..I went ahead and ran the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. I used it to remove "Adobe Reader 7.0.8." After doing this, I checked in "Add/Remove Programs" in the Control Panel to make sure that AR 7.0.8 was gone, and it thankfully was. Then I ran CCleaner's registry cleaner, rebooted, and I install Adobe Reader 9.0.
