I have previously used a block/attribute that could be put on top of the drawing. So you could clearly read the writing. I think it was a bmp file with the same name as the block. I will now trying to make here but just can not make it work with Auto cad.

I was probably not so good at explaining. A textbox or attribute to be "on top" of drawing. It could be a heading. But there must be a background in ex.hvid as the symbol clarified. I have previously used a bmp file as wallpaper. But can not make it work, maybe need to do something different!
I have the following suggestions. For example, must make a heading no, as a circle with a number in the middle, you can do the following.
Draw a circle in the right size, shaded it with the type of sound and then place the attribute in the middle of the circle.
Alternatively, you can create a sphere with an inner radius of 0 and an outer in the size you want.
