Internet Connection Immediately Cuts
Hello,
Past two weeks I have problems with internet connection. The connection and then returned alone, especially at startup. My PC is on Vista, I use Antivir, Malwarebytes (on the Antivir scan gave me a positive result that I deleted: TR/Small.167424.a). Does anyone know where does the trouble may come? Thank you for your help!

is it that you can advise me a software for pc temperature?
Re: Internet Connection Immediately Cuts
Have your ISP come to your home and fix it. Be easier than trouble shooting here as in us not being there or buying new cables and trying them out etc....
Re: Internet Connection Immediately Cuts
Start by checking if there is power management on the wireless hardware (in the computer). If there is, disable it. Go to Control Panel>System>Hardware tab>Device Manager. Expand the Network category and find your wireless adapter. Double-click the entry to get its Properties. If there is a Power Management tab, click it and uncheck the box that says "allow Windows to turn off this device while not in use". Now test for a while.
If that doesn't exist and/or doesn't help, the adapter may be faulty. Swap it out for a known-working one. If this is a laptop and the adapter is built-in you obviously can't do that, so try a pc card adapter instead.

Tell us about your ISP, network (modem, router, switches, type(s) of connection, etc.) and computer(s). The operating system and service pack level is often helpful. If wireless, the adapter and utility you use.
