Low Disk Space error on ASUS EEE PC

I am here to seek help for an ASUS EEE PC, the problem with this is that computer since I bought it, it says low disk space.

The hard disk is divided into 2 partition:

- C: with a capacity of 4gb and only 147mo of free space.
- D: with a capacity of 8GB which 3.90go space.

12GB hard drive.

The problem is that Windows is installed in the C:

I open mozilla, I put an icon in the toolbar with a bubble that says: Low Disk Space and it close.

The re installation of windows in the partition D: to be the case? If so, how because I did not have a CD at the time of purchase, and in an EEE PC, there is no DVD player.

It is normal for windows become a bit with the little space you have left.
