How to change time zone in windows 7

Hi friends,

I know that it's very difficult for you to change the time zone in Windows 7.But i have find out a good solution for you here is the steps for changing the time zone :-

1. Right click on the clock, at the far right of the taskbar, and click on Adjust Date/Time.
   Go to step 3.

2. Left click on the clock, at the far right of the taskbar, and click on Change date and time settings.
   
3. Click on the Change time zone button.
   
4. Click on the Time Zone drop down menu and select your time zone.
   
5. Check the Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time box.
   
6. Click on OK.
