Win 2008 Standard keys problem

i purchased Win 2008 Standard key. I install disc won't even take them it give me error : "Windows installation has encountered an error and needs to be restarted" No more details. There is no problems with the disc itself, and it's not "the wrong key" .

I also face same problem when i inserted key during installation.

I have this problem with all the MSDN 2008 images I tried, yet the retail ISO I use has no such problems.
