Zalman CNPS9900 LED
Here comes the test of last ventirad Zalman CPU from the CNPS9900 LED, which gives birth to a new structure of production.

Test Results
- We measured temperatures with and without the plastic cover to find the results in temperature 12V to 50% and 100% CPU. We found what we expected: the lack of supply of plastic cache advantage of ventilation and gives better performance. Without the cache, it needs to be handled with care for the ventirad not bend radiators and not getting caught fingers in the fan running.
- For performance with the cache, they are good but a bit disappointing. There are, for example 2 to 3 ° C less than a CNPS9700. In the end, the Zalman CNPS9900 sided good Black Samurai stroke. This is not the best CPU ventilator but a good one. This is already not bad.
- Without the cache, temperatures drop! It was 3 to 5 ° C in less!
- The ventirad rose as among the best ventilator this time, just behind the Cooler Master V8 and finally better than the CNPS9700 (2 ° C). It is a little better than 1 to 2 ° C a Noctua NH-U12.
- Plastic hull is this if you want to express all the capabilities of ventilator!.
- For testing sound, as we usually put a meter to 3 cm from the ventilator on the opposite side to the flow of outgoing air. The sound of the laboratory is 30.4 dB.
- At low speed (5V), the 1000 RPM fan give a very low noise and almost inaudible. It is very appreciable.
