How to Restore Recycle Bin?

While deleting some data from my pc i deleted Recycle Bin Now how can i get back?

You could take access to recyclce bin folder in c:\ and find your user there
reginize it by files u deleted

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Appearance and Personalization, click Personalization, and then click Change desktop icons.
3. Click to select the Recycle Bin check box, and then click OK.
