Dell Inspiron bluetooth activation problem

Hello,
I have a small problem with my laptop (DELL inspiron 1420) with Vista.
I changed my Hard Disk. The problem was my bluetooth, so I tried to reinstall the driver for the bluetooth but the installation asks me to turn on the bluetooth & i don't know how to do this?
How can I activate the bluetooth if its not working?

Hey jerry, try these steps:

- Start
- All Programs
- Bluetooth
- Go to settings or wireless file transfer.
- Once its open, a little Bluetooth icon should appear in your task bar (lower right of the screen).
- Find it, right click and go to "Power On."
