Solution for Preliminary method of disinfection

Introduction

With purpose to save time and efficiency, I set you out a preliminary method that is imperatively to be used integrally and respecting the order.

Note: In order to perform these actions, it is useless to turn off or remove the security softwares (Antivirus, firewall or other applications).

1. Scan the computer
Download and scan you computer with AVG anti spyware
Copy/paste the entire report on the forum.

2. Scan online
Scan your computer with this online antivirus (using Internet Explorer) :
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

Click on "I Agree" then scan you computer.
Do not forget to accept the ActiveX (if you have the SP2, it will blink at the top of the screen).
Copy/paste the entire report on the forum (see 4. below).

3. Clean your computer
Download HijackThis: http://forums.techarena.in/guides-tutorials/1029054.htm
Install it in its own folder.

For example, C:\HijackThis
Choose the option "Do a system scan and save a logfile", wait awhile until the log appears…

Copy/paste the entire report on the forum.

4. Your PC is cleaned
Once all these actions performed, your PC should be less infected and, withal, easier to clean out.
