Yahoo mail,messanger won't open

Good evening.
I still have a problem, this time on my laptop with Vista (HP DV5-1030ef).
I can surf the Internet without problems, except to go to Yahoo.Regardless of the browser (IE or Firefox), the arrival on the homepage planted Firefox and Explorer is incredibly slow, making navigation impossible,several minutes to open a page. It's too frustrating, because I have a mail box on Yahoo.

Change your password on yahoo account page, i had the very same problem, I tried to erase the cookies and temporal files, didn´t work, so i change the password account, It works.

I just found out that my firewall, Sunbelt personal firewall, which blocks access to my Yahoo. Once it is off again I can go to my mailbox. It also blocks other things (updated guide to Windows Media Center ,...)
Yet Firefox (and IE) are automatically marked as authorized ... If you see how to resolve these blockages ...
